A journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. You can take yours by reaching out to us by phone, email, or this website.
Once we connect, we'll schedule a call by phone with you. This is your time to learn about who we are, what we do, how we operate, and how we can help you reverse your metabolic disease and lose weight. This is also your chance to ask about any questions or concerns that that you may have.
After our first phone call, we will then schedule your first appointment.
Initial Appointment
Initial appointments range from 60-90 minutes in length, and take place in our clinic. During the first appointment, we will review your health and metabolic history and any existing lab work. We'll spend time talking about your metabolic condition, that factors that went in to creating that condition, and the approach we'll take to reverse it. In order to understand the journey, we'll go over the basic science associated with our approach, so that you have the best information to make informed decisions. This is very much a partnership.
We'll discuss goals and targets, and develop an approach together. You'll leave the office with an individualized plan that is realistic for your lifestyle and schedule.
Some people thrive under more structure, others need less. We work hard to understand what your style is and how best to support you.

As of October 2020, we will no longer be accepting Medicare, United Health Care or Cigna.
Please note that each insurance company has many different plans; it's your responsibility to know the details of your plan, including whether the plan including deductibles and co-pays. Please consult with your individual insurance policy to verify your coverage so that you are aware of your responsibilities. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company for services at our clinic. You will be billed later for remaining balances for deductibles or coinsurance, or visit fees (if your insurance didn’t cover the visit).
